Registration Guidelines

To ensure your paper is included in the conference proceedings and the Technical Program, at least one author needs to register for the event. If you have multiple papers accepted, you’ll be happy to know that there’s a discount on the registration fee for any additional papers.

Please note: The registration fee for the conference is non-refundable. It only covers your participation on Day 1. Please remember that visa arrangements, travel expenses, and accommodation are not included in this fee and are entirely the author's responsibility.

Important Note:
  • Transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant. We will receive the full amount listed in the table below, excluding any transaction costs.

NOTE:
  • Depending on your registration category, your abstract will be published in the conference proceedings, and the full paper will be published in a peer-reviewed international journal.
  • For publication in a Scopus/Web of Science indexed journal, additional fees may apply. The acceptance letter will detail all costs associated with conference registration and journal publication.
  • We consider publications in journals indexed in Scopus (Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4) or the Web of Science (Emerging Sources Citation Index - ESCI). Specific details will be included in your acceptance letter after the initial review. Alternatively, you can contact our Conference Coordinator for more information.
